We are carrying out works on a new complex of office buildings, for the investor KTC d.d. It is about a new shopping center, restaurant, gas station and car wash in Dugi Selo. The biggest project of the investor so far will enhance the retail offer in Dugi Selo, and the opening of the center is expected during the summer of 2024.
