The structure is a reinforced concrete skeletal structure consisting of reinforced concrete columns, roof beam supports and reinforced concrete slab of the roof ceiling, beam supports of the ground floor ceiling and reinforced concrete slab of the ground floor ceiling, staircase structure, foundation slab and foundation feet connected by connecting beams .

The facade of the building is thermal panels, and the roof covering is a high-profile roofing sheet.
